Do's:
- Drink water as soon as you wake up. It will help to kick start your metabolism and you will be energetic throughtout the day. At first, drinking water as soon as you wake up will be difficult. So first try to drink little water and slowly increase the amount of water intake. You can also add little lime juice with water.
- Drinking adequate amount of water helps in flushing out the toxins in your body. Always keep a bottle of water near you while working and drink throughtout the day.
- Drinking water before each meal helps in appetite suppression and you will feel full so that your food intake will be reduced.Drink water 30 mins before every meal.
- Daily you should drink atleast 8 ounces of water a day to keep your metabolism in track and to be healthy. Drinking enough water helps in having a healthy skin and it will moisturize your skin.
- Always say no to water during meals,since it will slow down your metabolism. If you feel thirsty sip little water.
